Appointment was at 11am. Shop was not opened. The lady then came just after 11am walked past me without acknowledging me. Opened the shop and did not hold the door open. I had to ask can I come in? She advised yes but the wax wasn't ready. I said I would wait. Another customer then came in advising she had an appointment at 11 for wash blow dry and cut. So I had to wait 30 minutes for her to do the other customers hair before my treatment was done. The lady was more friendly during my treatment.
