Ras was very welcoming on reception, she gave a very detailed break down of the procedures and what to expect also what the treatment does. The building and treatment room is very neat ,clean , warm and peaceful I'll definitely be sticking to my bespoke skincare routine with the top quality products recommended by Ras.

Easy to access venue (I went late afternoon).
A cosy lovely environment, I was offered bottled water on arrival. I found Ras very professional and throughly enjoyed my treatment.
