Still waiting for a refund (as Alistair suggested). Not a good experience for me, left after less than 10 mins. Feedback is: be more welcoming/friendly with new clients, get a pillow for clients to lie back on (not pass a cushion that you were sat on) and listen if the client says the pressure is too hard (repeated twice but no change). I've had a lot of sports massages so I know what to expect, this was not it. A roll of paper towel or more towels to cover the WHOLE bed wouldn't go amiss too.

I've been looking for a new person to do a sports therapy massage abd Alastair had extremely good knowledge, sent me exercises and supplementary guidance after my visit.
