Charmaine was fab but people walking past outside were very noisy so this affected the relaxation of it.

The spa itself is pretty tired. But the spa and customer service was 5 star that we overlooked that. A lovely facial and really relaxing massage that is great value!

Charmaine the therapist adds to the experience with her professional but friendly manner. I am enjoying and benefitting from the massages and intend to have them regularly. Pre-booking and pre paying on line works well for me. It would be great if there were two Charmaines! so husband or friend could attend at same time.
