Honestly the perfect reset to end a busy week.
I’d had a headache all week (unresponsive to painkillers) and didn’t realise quite how much tension I was holding until my appointment, but it completely subsided afterwards.
Just pure relaxation as always, no fuss, easy parking, completely noise free apart from the lovely relaxing music.
Furthermore, Collette is an amazing masseuse, so skilled and intuitive, and makes you feel at ease straight away. Highly recommend and would not go anywhere else

I was very nervous as I had never had this treatment before but I was immediately put at ease and informed about what it was going to entail and I really enjoyed it. Especially the head massage while I was waiting for the treatment to work
