The day went beautifully well. Staff were polite and punctual. The package was a bit pricey, but overall it was a good experience
Lovely spa! Enjoyed my facial and back massage. My mum thoroughly enjoyed hers too. Facilities are clean, staff always checking the facilities are kept to their best possible standards. Try it out.
The therapist and massage were exceptional. The reception staff were ok and the ambience and relaxation lounge were lovely. Not cheap but lovely for a rare treat.
While the facilities are top notch, my overall experience was definitely not worth the value I paid. It was honestly the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever experienced. It was essentially a polish change for the price of a high grade pedicure (and I paid for the full mani/pedi). I was so disappointed. Additionally, the date I booked for was overbooked and I was told I would receive a free glass of champagne- and I didn't. Don't expect to ever return.
