Despite the lovely venue the eyebrow waxing (not threading) was terrible.
I have thick eye brows and had asked to keep the shape but improve the arch. They were initially waxed and then plucked to within an inch of their life. When she showed me in the mirror I said that she'd taken way too much off - but what could she do? When I got out into the light I could see that where she had plucked it had been badly, and they were completely different shapes. I'm not sure the therapists level of English was very good which may have resulted in the error, but suffice to say I will not be using the services again. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my brows grow back quickly to remove the currently slightly startled look I have.

I booked the mix and match for my mums 60th birthday. She had a facial and the back,neck and shoulder massage. My mum was not disappointed. She felt amazing after. They also provided a complimentary drink as it was her birthday which was really nice.
I would definitely recommend this place and will visit myself.
Lovely spa with nice relaxation pod. My massage very relaxing.
