I went on a bank holiday and though I crossed paths with one or two guests, I practically had the sauna / steam rooms to myself. All the staff were very friendly and attentive, the treatment very professional – the therapist made sure I was always comfortable and checked what I was expecting from the massage so that she could meet those expectations (for me it was a focus on the back/shoulders). Looking forward to coming back. The only con could be that the sauna / steam rooms are in each changing room so you couldn't come with a male friend or partner. But as I was on my own it wasn't a problem.
