Service is really good and will definitely come back as I've been once before.
Only issue is that coming from my other waxing parlour I'm used to the lady using a new waxing stick every time she dips it into the waxing pot. Here they only use one which worries me only slightly for hygiene reasons. As the waxing pot is not changed for every customer.
Each time the stock touches a customers skinnit should be thrown away and not dipped back into the same pot which another client will use.
Staff always are amazing.
The actual parlour is clean.
Fast and efficient Hollywood wax with minimum pain. Brenda was friendly and professional. One thing is when she forgot something before she started and went out to get it. I had already undressed, the treatment room opens onto reception and even though the door only opens a little I felt exposed. It would be better to give clients a paper towel to cover their modesty before waxing begins.
