I booked a deluxe spa pedicure for £30, however half way through the treatment I was told this wasn't a valid option and that instead I would have a standard shellac pedicure. From the pricing lists up on the walls this shellac pedicure was £5 cheaper than the deluxe option I'd paid for online and there was no option of partial refund. As well as this the technician was not prepared for my treatment and was convinced it wasn't at the time I had booked it.
