I had a half an hour deep tissue massage which was fantastic. If you can afford to have a full hour treatment I would recommend that as ti gives you more time to have your muscles warmed up. The massage takes place at her home which is very lovely and clean. It was incredible value for money.

Izzy is very friendly and also very good at tailoring a treatment to your needs, I found. The massage was very really good and also I felt like I had been stretched out - in a good way - afterwards, Izzy used a number of techniques and asked for my preferences so the service was perfect for me. As this was in a residence there was some noise pollution but nothing too distracting from the treatment. I would certainly recommend Senseology to my friends or anyone who needs a good massage for those aching muscles. the hours that she operates are also worth mentioning as I was able to book for an appointment after work (and I work in London).
