The problem I find with most massage places is that they come across as quite cold and sterile, however friendly the staff are, and that always makes me nervous. Not so here. It was the little things like being greeted at the door by my name with a genuine smile and being able to choose the scented oil, that made me feel really comfortable and valued. Izzy is naturally a very warm, welcoming and talented masseuse and I've already booked my next session.
