Deep tissue massage hurt so good! It’s not what you would call relaxing. But it was exactly what I needed to iron out the knots and kinks. Must remember to book these sessions in more regularly.

I treated myself to a deep tissue massage for my birthday and I was not disappointed. Will try the Swedish massage next time.
