Salon seemed surprised at my arrival. Think treatwell hadn't confirmed appointment with the salon. Booked for hour long massage but treatment only lasted 30 mins, again I think because of lack of communication from the booking app. Treatment was fantastic though, therapist dealt with the confusion really well and was very welcoming and accommodating despite not being aware of my booking.
