The cut was much shorter than I had asked for but was a clean cut. The styling after was so rough that it damaged the freshly cut hair and you could see steam coming off the straighteners/smell the burning hair. it had to be trimmed a second time after straightening because this induced split ends. Finally though the products used left hair really soft and shiny, the styling was so straight and without volume that I looked like a 13 year old girl.

Unfortuatelly the booked cosmetic treatments didnt meet my expectation. Lack of professionalism/experience by therapist, lack of attention to details during treatment by therapist. Treatment room not big enough to walk around the treatment table. Most of the treatments were done from the side which is not suitable for facials. I suggest to apply (and use) dimming lights and change music to spa style (rather than songs).

I loved the hair treatment! It definitely revived my hair and it looked absolutely fantastic. The tips and tricks the stylist gVe also was invaluable! Would definitely go back for this!
