Overall the facial was very nice on my skin. I came out feeling very refreshed and blackhead free on my nose. However, the overall experience wasn't as great as hoped (especially with higher expectation considering the original price it was offered at). There was little explanation on what the products was and did. Majority of the time, the staff member left the room and I was left there for 10 mins with pop music on. Nevertheless, the staff member was very friendly and talkative.

Really friendly and helpful. I had not pre ordered the correct treatment but they honoured my booking anyway! Very nice and relaxing.

The salon is lovely inside and the lady that did my wax was thorough, friendly and put me at ease. Would definitely book again.
