Klaudia is seriously such an amazing hair dresser! She just understood exactly what I wanted. For someone who has only been doing hair for a few years, she’s got the skills of someone who has been doing it for 10 or so years. She is so honest , sweet and down to earth. The lady at reception (didn’t catch her name) was also super lovely. Even though I waited for a while to get seen (fault of treatwell scheduling) , it did not ruin my relaxing experience and excellent service. The whole salon and exterior could use a refresh but don’t let the appearance of the place turn you away. You will honestly get the best service from the staff at Sensual. I’m one happy customer !!!

Immaculate salon kept to a high standard. Was seen promptly and staff were friendly. My massage was mostly relaxing but the music and scents in the room were distracting. Bed was comfortable enough but I think the towels could be softer to avoid red marks.

Customer service wasn’t great, the lady doing my waxing didn’t speak a word to me or even say hello. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her day and it was an awkward experience, I wasn’t made to feel comfortable or welcome.
