The salon itself was laid out in amazement, clean and sophisticated. Walking down the not so 'high end' Uxbridge road and seeing the outside of the salon did hamper my expectations. However this is just a niggle - As they say never judge a book by its cover -
The staff were cheerful and pleasant making them amiable, however due to language barriers i didn't feel we 'bonded' as much as i would have liked to, considering we spent 1 hour and a half together.
The facial in itself was good. I booked this on Treatwell because of the value for money and the contents; cavitation, algae mask and ampoule. The therapist was very attentive towards my problem areas, going to the far length of even offering an additional service (not in full, just quickly) to achieve a desired result around my strawberry nose!
She sent me away with a little gift which can i just say was super! it was a hand scrub and serum sachet.
In comparison to the last monstrosity of a facial i had in Harrow i would definitely recommend this salon and the therapists for a Deep Cleansing Facial.
