Upon walking into the salon, the staff looked confused that I was there. I had purchased treatmant for one body part. I said I'd like to focus on love handles but the technician said each side counted as a seperate part because two paddles would be required and that I'd only paid for one side. I thought she was joking. I unnecessarily ended up getting my belly done because that counted as one part. Sweet technician but very disappointing experience due to lack of communication between treatwell and the salon. When purchasing be aware that one body part means a single paddle. So if you're doing thights you'd need 2.

Was able to be seen immediately upon arrival, the service was quick and hassle free, and the end result is great!
The salon is really clean, although the service was terrible. Both the hot wax and the leg wax was done with no care at all, I had several bruises in my legs and on my bikini like for the week after, and I found many spots not waxed. Not recommended at all.
