It was a fairly painful wax in comparison to others I've had, and was not thorough. I was also concerned the beautician did not use gloves. She also wanted to charge me extra for using lycon wax, even though that was not discussed when she offered to use it on me. However, the ambience of the salon was lovely and perhaps other services may be better. I get my hair cut here and I've been happy with the results -- with both Ronaldo and Anna.
