They changed my appointment on the day and asked me to come 10 minutes earlier. They were then running 15 minutes late. The confirmation email also stated a different time.
However staff are friendly and offer you a cup of tea on arrival.
Threading isn’t the cheapest but done well.

Friendly service and like the tea tree waxed used, it was not as painful but did seem to take more strips so took a little bit longer.
