It was a lovely place with lovely welcoming staff. However I was called to come 10 minutes later than my appointment time and then when I didn't arrive at my booked time, I was called to find out where I was! When I asked for a french polish she informed me I had to pay another £8 for that (so £20 in total) which I think is steep for a french polish (which chipped within a day). It was OK however she painted over the white tips with pink and they stayed pink. Wasn't to my liking but she was lovely none the less.

This was my first time here and everything was great. The staff were really friendly and helpful and listened to what I wanted. I will definitely be going back again.

I had my routes done with Anna At Sephora. It's the second time I've had them done there and this time was just as good. She matched my root colour really well and took great care. Will definitely go back.
