Im a regular client and I enjoy coming here for treatments, however, there is a new lady that although she's very nice and the results are good, she's also a bit rough and doesn't do a proper wash of your hair (it took her 3min what normally takes 10). Hopefully, somebody will tell her!!
The massage was great, and target to problem areas such as my stiff shoulders. Highly recommended

I booked on the day and got a call to say that due to a lack of bookings they were closed in the afternoon so could I re-arrange, I did for the next day.
Their toilet wasn't working so I had to use the one in the restaurant next door. The staff at the restaurant were fine about this but it just felt odd.
In regards to the massage I wanted a deep tissue massage and I had to ask for it to be deeper a few times and then it got lighter.
