The staff were superbly polite and welcoming as soon as I stepped into the salon, offering me tea/coffee etc. The lady who cut my hair (Ria? sorry if the spelling is wrong!) was exceptional. She really listened to the idea I had in mind and took great care in achieving the look I had described - she did a great job! Overall a great experience and I will definitely be returning for other treatments.
