I’m a regular customer at this salon & have always enjoyed the experience- but in this instance I tried a new treatment - suppose to last 45 minutes.
My treatment lasted for 30 minutes (so 2/3 of the expected time)
It wasn’t discussed/explained during the treatment that it was being cut short or why.
I have queued this directly with the salon but have received no reply.
I arrived early for my appointment as my original booking had been changed by the salon, so it’s not because I arrived late
