I thought Catherine was a lovely welcoming lady and this review is no reflection on her as a person! However I have to be honest and say I'm not very happy with my brows. I wasn't consulted on what I wanted before the waxing took place and alot of the hair that I've spent time growing on my brows was waxed off. All I wanted was the tiniest bit of hair taking off to tidy them up (I like my brows to look full and thick) and I've been left with short brows that don't suit my face and one of the brows is so thin on the end. The tint also came off as soon as I washed my face. I hope that this review is useful in some way.
