This was my first visit to Serendipity and I will definitely be booking again. The salon premises, set within a private luxury home, feel very boutique and intimate. My beauty therapist, Kasia, delivered a brilliant waxing treatment and was lovely to chat with besides. Kasia has a lovely professional manner, is very expert at what she does as well as being very thorough and reassuring. Can recommend the salon without hesitation - five stars!
