I came in with sad winter skin, itching to the point of distraction. She listened to me carefully, adapted the facial, and recommended a few products in a good price range to make sure I got to the likely cause. For the first time in this winter season, several days after her facial, I am comfortable and no itching. She is an exceptional professional and so knowledgeable. It is a joy to go to Serene.

l really had a traumatic experience in this place when l went for a Brazilian wax. The lady seemed nervous and kept saying that she usually enjoyed doing other services..never l would imagined that shortly after she’d ripped off the skin on my vagina which hurt so much it made me jump high. She kept saying that waxing is painful, well never had any problems in other places! Once home l saw the tearing it caused and it really upset me for a long time. lt is unacceptable (and l even paid for it!)
