Second time I have had my Essie manicure and I love it , last time it lasted 3 weeks. Thanks to Lorraine for a great manicure. I would and do recommend this salon.

I visited Serene for the first time today for a 1hr luxury facial using Neal's Yard organic skincare range. There is ample parking and the salon is based in a quiet residential area. I was warmly greeted by Lorraine who was the therapist that did my facial. Lorraine seems really comfortable in herself, she delivers a great customer service, instantly making you feel at ease and that she knows what she's doing. The salon's decor is lovely and there are some lovely smells on the go. I was led to the treatment room which was set out beautifully; it was cosy, relaxing and I loved the candles and lighting features that helped facilitate that relaxing environment. Lorraine got started on the facial; during which I really enjoyed all the lovely smells from the products and the many sensations I felt. Lorraine truly has the magic touch, she is so thorough with the massaging technique and gave a wonderful scalp massage whilst my mask was doing its work. I really enjoyed my facial, there were many parts to it and I enjoyed every bit. Lorraine appears to really care about what she does and she wants you to enjoy the experience, that is clear. Another great thing is she didn't witter on during the treatment, she said what was needed at the start and then allowed me to relax which was great and the point of the facial. Thank you Lorraine and I will be returning in future.

Visited twice now and each time, had a lovely experience and would definitely visit again. I am working my way through the treatments!

Wow there are so many gel nail colours to chose from, I chose a hot pink and its stunning and I've had a fair few compliments about them!
I love this salon, the staff are awesome and I will definitely be going back.
