When I went to get the patch test the staff didn't separate the areas were three different products were applied or use the colour I had requested. They also didn't explain that they would be applying hot wax to my face which I am allergic to.

I have been visiting Serene’s salon for about a year and I have always had great treatments. I get my wax done by Nana and she’s exceptional at it. Lin does always my nails and couldn’t be more impressed by her precision.
