Silly me, actually thought i had booked the karma queen package, as it turned out it was the Eden Energy Medicine one. so there was me thinking it was going to be more hands on. Because of this, I was a bit confused during the session. Suzy was very a calming person and explained what she was doing each step of the way and guided me thru some exercises that i could do at home. It was only as i was driving home I realised how centered and balanced i felt and much more calm against my usual chaotic lifestyle. I intend to go back and do more sessions. I would definately recommend anyone to do this package.
