If I could give her 100 stars I would. She was amazing - she explained everything thoroughly to me and the facial was very good. I will be going back for the full body lymphatic drainage. She was very friendly and welcoming and it felt like I was talking to my sister the whole time. Have recommended to my family and friends.
All of the staff downstairs are really supportive to guide you to the door, which was good and the environment inside was very calm

I honestly loved the pregnancy massage so much! I had such a better nights sleep afterwards. I’m 35 weeks and haven’t had a pregnancy massage before. Nicole made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and didn’t rush me at all which was so lovely! I will be going back before my baby is born! I wish I could visit Nicole every day!

This was the second time I’ve visited Serene Serenity and I’ve been impressed on both occasions. Nikki is friendly and personable, and gives an excellent massage. I thought the Anti-Stress massage was great value for money, and it left me feeling relaxed and calm. I would recommend, and I will definitely be returning.
