Nicola is a very skilled and knowledgeable therapist. Before commencing the massage Nicola chatted with me about any medical issues or concerns and she tailored my treatment accordingly.
During the massage Nicola seemed to be very intuitive about any painful/sore areas and worked hard to alleviate them.
Although I received a deep tissue massage which is quite an intensive massage, I felt very relaxed and soothed by the end of my treatment.
I will certainly returning again soon.

Nicola was great. We had a consultation around the problem areas with my back/ neck/ shoulders and then we went straight to the massage. I had a lot of tension but she was very thorough and really did get some of the pressure and stress taken out which was a difficult task in itself. We finished with a discussion on after care and I would definitely go back.

I am a regular with Nicole and I honestly enjoy the service she provides. The skin tightening treatment I've been getting has definitely improved my skin, and I am can confidently head out with just sunscreen on my face these days
