This was my first time trying a lymphatic drainage massage and had some idea on what to expect during the treatment. I chose Nicola due to all her fabulous reviews and I’m glad I did as she was friendly, informative and most of all the treatment was very thorough. I really like that she also incorporates dry brushing as this is something I would like to continue myself at home.
