Nicola is very professional and does a thorough consultation about what you need before the appointment. She is able to offer advice about your issue (in my case, tendinitis in my shoulder). It is a lovely room, clean, warm and cozy. The massage helped my shoulder in its recovery. Nicola is friendly and reassuring. I would definitely recommend a visit.
