After an initial struggle to find the location (the entrance is almost hidden between two other businesses), the whole experience was extremely relaxing.
The actual treatment of cryolipolysis can be daunting, and the initial sensation of the suction is strange, but not painful and you very quickly get used to the feeling and can easily relax. Despite the process being one of freezing the area, you never actually feel the cold. I had a couple of different areas treated, one of which did have some bruising, and despite it looking sore, there was actually no pain around the area and the bruising disappeared after a few days.
All in all I was pleased with the treatment and Laura was very professional and has a very calming style. I would definitely recommend Serene Skin & Beauty, and I will be back for further treatments.
