First visit to Serene this morning. Laura made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Lovely quiet treatment room. The Crystal Clear facial itself was fantastic, my skin looks amazing so much brighter & those pesky fine lines have disappeared! Will definitely be back. Thoroughly recommend this salon.

I've visited in a few occasions and have enjoyed the experience and been pleased with result. :-)
I bought a voucher for hot stone massage and I loved it. Was very relaxing and therapist applied good amount of pressure on my back without it being uncomfortable.
Laura is very friendly and put me at ease, the room and procedure was very clean and almost pain free.
there were a few hairs left but i should have checked over after the wax, overall great little salon,

I've recently had a full body massage and facial and really enjoyed the experience. The room is really nice and cosy and the therapist makes you feel relaxed. The venue is also very quite which is important to me as I've had facials where you can hear a lot around you.
