Quite unprofessional. Tried to skip on giving me new tips even though I paid for it. Second time trying there - the first time they didn’t even unlock and open the doors to open the salon until 30 mins after my appointment. I had to go somewhere else. Wanted to give them the h benefit of the doubt and try again as it’s so close to my home. I definitely won’t give them a third go.
