Very disappointed with the service from Serenity and also Treatwell's nonchalance for such practices - this is the second time the hairdresser insisted that I needed to pay more money for a bog standard haircut (literally a trim that took 15 minutes). This time she even gave a different reason to charge even more than the extra I'd paid the last time - for the same haircut!! Will not be back again.

I went to get a full head of highlights on my previously (dyed) black hair I was worried it might come out ginger but jenny made my hair almost platinum blonde exactly how I wanted it with little to no damage. I’m so impressed with the customer service and the prices are more than reasonable. I would recommend and will be returning 🩷
