Been a customer here for many years and always get a warm friendly welcome from everyone . Mel was great have been having a nightmare with my hair took Mel’s advice and went a bit lighter to hopefully hold colour longer and end result was great lovely colour and re shaped into a more manageable style . I previously left a 2-star review as I wasn't happy with the way my colouring turned out and due to a previous bad experience at another salon I didn't think about reaching out. However Mel was very quick to get in touch with me and was very considerate about putting it right. She fit me in for another appointment ASAP and gave me another colouring treatment and a conditioning treatment. It turned out lovely and my hair feels a lot healthier now. I really appreciated the extra consideration
