I previously left a 2-star review as I wasn't happy with the way my colouring turned out and due to a previous bad experience at another salon I didn't think about reaching out. However Mel was very quick to get in touch with me and was very considerate about putting it right. She fit me in for another appointment ASAP and gave me another colouring treatment and a conditioning treatment. It turned out lovely and my hair feels a lot healthier now. I really appreciated the extra consideration

This salon is the best I’ve been to, welcoming and friendly and Mel is a great stylist and has done an amazing job of my hair. One thing I love is that she is such a perfectionist and won’t let me leave until we’re both happy with the final outcome. I’d recommend Serenity to anyone.
