This was the first time I've been to Serenity. They knew I was a first time customer without me even telling them and I was made to feel really welcome. Katie asked what I wanted and then gave me some ideas about what we could do, She talked me through every step of the process and I left with lovely new hair!

Ellie made me daughter feel really special.

Absolutely lovely salon. Kate was amazing. Never felt so comfortable in a salon for a long time. Very welcoming and I got exactly what I wanted with my hair which was the main thing.
