From the off everyone was very welcoming, the salon was clean with comfortable seating while you waited. Mel was lovely with my daughter and gave her a lovely cut with the added touch of waves in her hair, which my daughter loved. I was also pleased with my cut and was made to feel that nothing was a problem.
