Had a really nice time and came away loving my hair. The stylist listened very carefully to what I said and was keen to make sure I didn’t go away with something that I would take down because it was too different. Would definitely go again. :)

Lovely friendly salon. Love my hair cut and blow dry and got my wedding day hair and make up all booked and sorted out for next year while I was there

When I booked in with Serenity I hadn’t realised that the shop had been taken over by new management. I booked for a gel manicure and was accommodated quickly with an appointment.
When i entered the shop I was greeted with smiles and hellos. I didn’t have to wait ling before Meeting my wonderful nail technician Ashleigh who was fun,smiley but very professional. She explained to me what was going to happen during my visit. Then I chose my nail colour. We had a lovely friendly chat throughout my treatment. When she had finished she went through after care about removing the gel. My nails looked fabulous and party season ready.
The manager ,Sammie, came and introduced her self and seemed friendly and very knowledgable about the treatments in the beauty parlour. Sammie did my eyebrow wax for me. She listened to my instructions and was very informative about my treatment.
This was my first visit to this new team at Serenity. I will defernitly be returning for more beauty treatments. Well done ladies.

Great treatment. Ashley is lovely. Nice friendly salon. The salon was cold it needed some heating.
