The salon is dated , which to be fair doesnt matter if your customer service is excellent, customers are made welcome and put at ease and there's complete respect for everyone. None of these things applied. I think its management that let the place down to be honest. You dont even get offered a welcome never mind a cuppa! whilst there I was made to feel like a bit of an inconvenience by management who were chatting to each other whilst I just sat there feeling like a spare part. My haircut wasnt that good ( lots of long ends and a little uneven and old fashioned) but the stylist was newly qualified and had I have known this I wouldnt have bothered because my hair is difficult. I have since had it put right at another salon. I truly don't blame him. Experience counts for a lot and I think he would do well at a salon with more senior stylists. Its a management issue as they chose to take on a newly qualified stylist without having someone there to supervise/consult.
The other problem I had was with the manager taking photos of me having my hair done and posting one on face book. It was horrible and I had to ask for it to be removed. To be fair she did straight away but its pretty unprofessional and just shows that the customer doesnt come first!
Im sorry I couldnt leave a better review.
