I was directed downstairs to the treatment rooms, and was quickly put at ease about this intimate waxing. The procedure was quick, a little painful, but overall absolutely fine.
The day after the treatment, I found some dry patches of skin on the labia. These weren't sore, and disappeared after a day or two, but was still a little concerning.
Apart from this last point, the entire waxing experience was very good! Thank you!

I love Serenity, the beautician is so lovely and friendly and I find the prices are the most reasonable in Bristol. It is super close to the city centre which is really handy also.
Facial Threading
I thought the building itself looked fairly run down and not the cleanest, which very nearly put me off. There was also a strong smell of garlic downstairs (I'd gone in after lunch). The staff were friendly. The microdermabrasion itself was painful at times. I left with odd looking, almost burn type things on my face with the promise it'd go down. Nearly 2 weeks on and most has, but I still have a red mark on my cheek which still hasn't gone and is a pain (I have to take extra time to cover it up before I go out). The procedure hasn't made much difference to my face overall, but several blemishes have gone down. I wouldn't go back though. Overall it wasn't a great experience.
