Not what I was expecting when I walked in I have to say I wasn't sure about the place.
However as soon as my manicure started my mind was at ease brilliant staff, lovely ambience and a great manicure, I hope to go back soon.

Brilliant salon ran by Nigit, very friendly and down to earth, and a really great service too! I was so happy with my new hair cut when I left, I'm looking forward to going back!

Welcoming & friendly, salon looks a little tired could do with upgrading, knowledgeable staff, good vale for money, would definitely visit again.
Therapeutic Massage
First impressions not good, I had been told to arrive 15 mins before my 10am treatment, and the place was still locked at 9.45 so I had to go for a coffee as too cold to stand around outside. Went back at 10 and they were just opening, whole place looked a bit untidy, no hand towel in loo, stuff in sinks upstairs and was informed by the therapist that she needed to get the room ready, seemed disorganised, However, the actual massage and facial were really nice and she was friendly so overall was a good experience, they just need to be a bit more organised I think. Another small issue, the voucher code said the treatment available Tuesday to Saturday but when I went to book I was told that I couldn't book on a Saturday nor on an evening as they were generally busy at these times and that they could only offer me mornings - not what the voucher code said and may have been a big issue for some.
