I have a lovely massage here and it was great value for money. I will defiantly be returning to serenity beauty.

The lady who did my massage was lovely, but didn't ask if if been to this venue before or had had a massage before. The majority of the session was spent on my back which although was nice and relaxing did mean that I didn't really feel as though I got the 'full body' experience which I was hoping for. Finally, despite arriving on time for the appointment, the massage didn't start until 10 mins later, then ended 5 mins before the original start meaning meaning in essence my 60 minute massage was only actually 45 mins which was a bit disappointing.

Excellent in every aspect of the service given by the member of staff who gave me my treatment in a very clean and hygienic manner.
Laser Hair Removal
My therapist was lovely, very helpful and even recommended things that would be good for me but because they didn't do it would give me details of someone who did. Very friendly and massage was good. Have already booked to go back
