I arrived at the venue 10 minutes early. There was no-one around for 20 minutes. I was standing outside because the front door was locked. The lady working there had not realised a booking had come through Treatwell. When I pointed this out, she did not apologise. There was a dog in the treatment room, which I was uncomfortable with. I pointed this out. I like dogs, but a dog around when you are not wearing anything is terrible. This was a very good massage.
