Therapist was great, really really good back massage with firm pressure and knew what I needed! Venue does suffer some noise pollution with some loud gentlemen upstairs but for the price I can’t expect everything to perfect. What was within the therapists direct control was excellent.

Owner is a very pleasant lady. The technique of the wax has to be slightly improved but overall is fine. I am quite speachless about my Shellac: it looks like I have done them badly at home by myself, sadly. I'd happily get a refund of £20 for them, not good at all, so sorry.
